A practical guide to company information, investor interest, and ownership records on Street.

01

Accounts and access

Start with your own account and accurate contact information. If you act for a company or fund, use the correct entity details and make sure you are authorized to represent it.

Keep your information current

Keep your name, contact details, and entity information up to date. Contact the Street team if you need help correcting a record or accessing your account.

Access has a specific scope

An account gives you access to the features available to you. A company listing, profile, or expression of interest does not establish eligibility for a transaction or guarantee access to shares.

02

Research and investor interest

Explore companies, review the information available to you, and keep track of the companies you want to follow.

Your interest is non-binding

An indicated amount or timeframe records your preferences. It is not an order, purchase, allocation, or commitment of funds. No shares change hands when you register interest.

Keep your research together

Review the company, its share classes, and the information behind your investment view. Update your interests as your plans change; availability and any future opportunity require their own review.

03

Company profiles and introductions

Tell the Street team what you are building and which investors you would like to meet. A useful profile starts with clear company information and the context behind your next conversation.

Choose what to share

Prepare your company description, website, and relevant background. Only share information you are authorized to provide, and discuss the intended audience with the Street team.

Get to know interested investors

Explore their experience and the contribution they could make. An introduction starts a conversation; it does not promise an investment or a transaction.

04

Issuer onboarding

Work with the Street team to prepare your company information, ownership records, and supporting documents.

Prepare the underlying records

Bring the company details, capitalization information, share-class terms, and relevant approvals. The team can help identify the materials needed for your company's setup.

Confirm who can act

Identify the people authorized to provide information or instructions for the company. Company documents and approvals remain the basis for decisions about its shares.

Ownership records with Mimir

Mimir brings holders, share classes, and book-entry ownership records together. Street Labs, Inc. is registered with the SEC as a transfer agent.

Record approved changes

Changes to the register require the applicable instructions and supporting records. A saved investor preference is separate from a recorded change in ownership.

Understand the role

Transfer-agent registration applies to that function. It is not approval of an investment or permission to provide other regulated services. Specific services remain subject to the relevant agreements.
