Does early access guarantee an allocation?
No. An early-access request, account, or indication of interest does not guarantee a listing, allocation, execution, or a specific price. Opportunities depend on issuer approval, availability, and eligibility.
Can I sell whenever I want?
No. Private securities can remain illiquid for a long time. A resale depends on company consent, applicable restrictions, an available window, and buyer demand. You should be prepared to hold indefinitely.
What are the risks?
Private-company investments can lose their entire value. They may have limited disclosures, significant transfer restrictions, and no available exit. Review the company information and transaction documents before investing.
